Colleen Mandicos - OAM & Chairperson
Kerry Kyriakoudes – Vice Chairperson
Kerry’s past community involvement included a term of 12 years as a councillor on the University of Wollongong Council, 8 years as a Director of the Illawarra Ethnic Communities Council, the last 6 years as its Chairman. Kerry has also been the Secretay of the Cyprian Community of Wollongong and he also served for 6 years as the President of the Federation of Cyprus Communities and Organisations of Australia and New Zealand.
John Ravnjak - Treasurer
Frank Bresolin
Frank was appointed as Director of MACI in 2002 and was the HON Treasurer until 2017. He is now retired and had extensive experience as a strategist in electrical maintenance management, procurement and project management at BHP/Bluescope where he worked for almost 40 years.

Susan Wallis
Susan was appointed to the Board in 2019. She is a disability activist and Chairperson of Interchange Illawarra. Susan has a varied employment history including public housing tenancy management, training, disability support, recruitment, marketing, sales and project management.
Raychel Davis
Raychel was appointed to the Board in 2019. She has extensive experience in Work, Health and Safety, Workers Compensation and Organisational Development functions across many organisations and is currently the Director, People, Safety and Culture at the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, the Illawarra’s largest employer. She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Rehabilitation Counselling) degree from the University of Sydney and completed the Leadership Illawarra Program from Regional Development Australia/University of Wollongong in 2020.
Dr Yusufali Khalfan
Dr Khaflan was appointed to the Board in 2020. He has over 38 years’ experience as a rural physician. His commitment to rural communities was recognised in 2014 with an OAM for his commitment to rural services. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery awarded by the University of Uganda, Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine awarded by Monash University and is a fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. He is currently the Director and Board Member of Illawarra Sunrise Rotary Club and has held positions in the past as Board of Director for Murrumburrah-Harden District Hospital, Southern General Practice Network of NSW, and Murrimboola Financial Services. He has a wealth of experience in managing high care aged care facilities in Harden and Gelong and was involved in the establishment of Harden Nursing Home and Masonic Village.
